Learn to fall and get up again

In the video below Dr Frank Wildman, founder of the Change Your Age program, demonstrates strategies for addressing the fear of falling.

” One of the best strategies would be to learn to move to the ground as quickly as possible so you have control of your landing. It would be helpful to anyone who feels afraid of falling to practice getting down to the floor and up again as a mind body exercise. By practicing going down to the ground, you will eventually be able to move faster. Most people can learn to move downward almost as fast as gravity speeds us. In learning how to fall, you’ll learn to move as fast as gravity. ”  Dr. Frank Wildman
